If you choose our agreed return service, we will take care of the collection and recovery of the goods at no additional cost. The cost of the return shipment will be charged to the user, deducting the amount from the refunded total. If, on the other hand, you choose to deliver the product by your own means, the refund will be total.

The amount of the purchase you returned will be refunded as soon as we evaluate the integrity of the returned product and net of any shipping costs.
