How it all started
It was at the end of the 1950’s when the Buosi family began writing their story: grandfather Ermes ran the local grocery store and from behind the wheel of his orange Apecar delivered milk and groceries to the inhabitants of a small village in the Varese Pre-Alps region.
Towards the end of the 1980’s, his son Denis Buosi inaugurated his first pastry shop and for the occasion he designed the Buosino®, a special blend of cacao and coffee that would soon become iconic for in the city of Varese.
Today the grandson Andrea Buosi, heir to three generations of Italian pastry chefs, a passionate gin enthusiast, celebrates the historic family recipe by creating a completely Italian dry gin of classic inspiration.
The product design goes back to the family origins and takes on the guise of the traditional antique milk bottle.
In the memory of, and in honor to the origins of his family, Andrea Buosi gives life to has created Buosi Gin.
